~biRthday ceLebRatiOn~

Sorry this post is so so so belated.. i've been having probs with uploading the pics.. haha.. but anyway.. here it is.. hee~

Although I fulfilled my promise to myself that I wld spend my bdae this year alone (as with some other events), it didn’t stop me from getting myself presents!! haha.. went many places on fri(May 4th), but mainly town area.. walk walk, shop shop, bought myself a nike t-shirt, ok.. it’s abit of an old design alreadi but I thot it looked ok, and it has been ages since I last got myself a t-shirt.. so, allowed myself to indulge a little.. keke..

Wanted to get myself the long-desired nike shoe at Left-Foot shop in Cineleisure, so I walked in, confirm it was still there, take a hard long look whether I wan the red or the green one, then… I walked out.. haha.. due to some unforeseen circumstances, I cldn’t get it on tt day. As I walked away I told myself I wld get it tmr, or Sunday the latest.

Anyway, I had a really sumptuous jap meal for dinner. When I saw the food I was like.. wah!!! then I take n take n take.. haha.. in the end, too much, cldn’t finish lor.. = (

But the best present was the next day, Sat(May 5th). Had a match for Jollilads Arsenal (the combine uni team) at clementi stadium. Again, I din start the match. I think ever since this NFL Div 2 league started, I haven’t started a game; most of my appearances came as a 70mins sub lor. This time, I went in earlier, much earlier. Around… 35mins into the game I went in, but I think exams is really a powerful thing, by 75mins lydat I was quite exhausted alreadi.. Then 5-10mins later when Coach and Mr.Chiang was at the touchline gesturing to me, to press and pressure for the ball, work harder for the team, I think I could have just died on the spot.. haha.. But it came, finally. In what was the last min of the game, the goal came. A superb cross from the right by Jerry and I headed the ball in. Euphoria indeed, finally opened my account for this team. Before this, I have been guilty of missing open goals, nope, not one-on-ones mind you, OPEN, with the goal gaping and I missed. I so suspected I have a goal-scoring phobia since I was dropped from the striker’s position when Jiahao arrived. So I was terribly relieved when it went in. A nice present from the sky.

Anyway, I made my way down to cineleisure after tt to get my nike shoes, but the carpark was full. so I went to park at taka. Walked down the carpark and I was at the sports department so decided to walk walk, see got nice clothes anot. I was quite shock when I saw zfob and hmhp, who were equally shocked to see me.. haha.. I think they were shopping for my present, but.. I din receive it anyway, so… mayb I think too much le.. haha.. in any case, I got my nike shoes! yes! haha.. ok.. it’s a rather old design again.. but I think quite nice.. I haven’t had a white shoe for a long long time, think it’s quite sleek? yah.. but some disagree.. quote someone, “one tick worth so much money meh..” da bian.. haha.. by the way, i counted, there are in total 6ticks.. not one.. haha..

So, my gd gd frens had a belated celebration for me at New York New York at citylink on Sunday(May 6th). Though its just dinner (as a grp, we dun really recommend the place..) followed by a movie, it was quite enjoyable, except tt they sabo-ed me by asking the staff to sing bdae song for me.. I was so embarrassed. And with a less than presentable cake somemore. haha..

but still, had a great time hanging out, eating and talking. Sometimes, I wonder, for how many more years wld we celebrate each other’s bdae together, having fun, talking rubbish and all sorts.. really hope it lasts because it really fun~~ being ard u guys.. ok.. and gals.. =p

really glad I know you all and I lOvE the book and I so absolutely lurrrrve the “present”.. haha..
