a dAy baCk in timE

today, i experienced a day as if i were back as a child.. all thanks to 彼女 who got me such a great gift for christmas - a lego cHeSs sEt! its like.. oh-my-god!!! haha.. i know i have been eyeing it for awhile.. but i really didn't expect it! It was so huge.. and so pricey... i know i may have said that this might not be the best of time to have it (since i do not have my own home and the space to display it) but i do really really appreciate it because i really wanted this..

but how it all began was really funny.. apparantly, it was supposed to be a surprise gift for me on christmas day.. but blur 彼女 didn't realise that the packaging would be so huge and hEavy! so, in the end, a few days b4 christmas, she had to lure me to the toy store opp eng wah @ suNtec to carry it home myself! haha..

anyway, so here i was today at home with 彼女 building lego sets! it may seem kid-ish to some.. but i loved playing with lego when i was young.. and i really miss my lego sets since all were kinda destroyed when i moved house.. so even though we took like 5hrs plus to complete it, i really enjoyed myself and had a fantastic time~
